Founded in 2012, the association SOUTCOM (meaning our voice in Arabic) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Gabes, a city in south-eastern Tunisia.
The association works on various projects that focus on youth and the support of young people in the region of Gabes to be more engaged in civic life.
Our vision revolves around the idea of promoting the rights of young people (by adopting an approach of genres) and to strengthen their capacities to be more self-reliant and responsible.
Our target, as well as our beneficiaries during the execution of our projects, are the young people of Gabès and the community in its entirety, particularly those from disadvantaged areas. The association Soutcom has been funded multiple times by multiple Ngos to implement projects for the benefit of young people in the south of Tunisia.
